Healthy breakfast recipe

This recipe was derived from Mercola’s breakfast shake/smoothie recipe. This recipe is for those who have no access to raw milk.

  • 1 cup organic whole milk
  • 2 organic cage-free eggs
  • 2 tbsp. whey protein powder
  • 1 tbsp. psyllium fiber (can be flavored or unflavored, preferably unflavored)
  • 1 whole banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup hempseed milk
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

In a blender, add eggs, whole milk, whey protein powder, and psyllium fiber. Peel banana. Cut banana into pieces and place into blender. Add hempseed milk. Add coconut oil. Blend until smooth. Drink and enjoy the health benefits.
